Farmyard Organics: Cancellation & Refund Policy
At Farmyard Organics, we are dedicated to ensuring you receive our products in the best possible condition. We understand that plans can change, and issues can arise. This policy details your options for cancellation, returns, and refunds.

Order Cancellations
We process orders quickly to get your products to you as soon as possible.
- Before Processing (Within 6 Hours): You may cancel your order for a full refund if you notify us within 6 hours of placing it.
- Before Shipment (After 6 Hours): If you cancel your order after it has been processed but before it has been dispatched, your refund will be processed after deducting a nominal transaction and processing fee (e.g., 5-10% of the order value).
- After Shipment: Once an order has been dispatched from our facility, it cannot be cancelled. In this scenario, it will be treated as a return (see below).
Returns & Replacements
To maintain the highest standards of product safety and integrity, especially for consumable goods, we have a strict return policy.
We only accept returns or offer replacements in the following cases:
- The item delivered was defective or damaged upon arrival.
- The item delivered was incorrect (i.e., you received the wrong product).
Conditions for Return/Replacement:
We do not accept returns for products that have been opened or tampered with.
You must contact us within 4 days of the delivery date.
The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
Damages and Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us Immediately: Email us at support@farmyardorganics.com within 4 days of receiving the order.
- Provide Details: Include your Order Number in the email.
- Provide Evidence: Attach clear photographs (or a video) showing the damage, defect, or the incorrect item and its packaging.
Our team will evaluate the issue and guide you on the next steps, which will typically be a replacement or a refund.
Refund Process
Eligibility: Refunds are only processed for valid cancellations (see Section 1) or for approved returns of damaged/incorrect items (see Section 3).
Refunds for Returns: Once your return is received and inspected (or your photographic evidence is approved), we will notify you of the status of your refund.
Processing Time: If approved, your refund will be processed via your original payment method within 10-15 working days.
Deductions:
- For Cancellations: Applicable fees (as per Section 1) will be deducted.
- For Returns Post-Shipment: If a shipped item is returned (e.g., RTO – Return to Origin due to non-availability), both the forward and return shipping charges will be deducted from your refund amount.
Sale Items: Please note that items purchased during a promotional sale or using a discount code are considered final sale and are not eligible for a refund.
